Do I need to install an app?add
No! Cap-Slip works entirely through WhatsApp, which you probably already have on your phone. There's no app to download, no updates to install, and no new interface to learn.
How does the AI read my receipts?add
Our AI uses advanced optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning to extract information from your receipts. It identifies the merchant name, date, total amount, and individual items. The AI continuously improves its accuracy based on the receipts it processes.
What types of receipts can I send?add
You can send photos of paper receipts, digital receipts, invoices, and bills. Our AI handles various formats including thermal paper receipts, printed invoices, and screenshots of digital receipts.
How do I get my expense reports?add
We send expense reports directly to your email. Depending on your plan, you'll receive monthly or weekly summaries. You can also request an export at any time by messaging Slippy on WhatsApp.

How does the free trial work?add
Your 7-day free trial gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue with a paid subscription or your account will be paused.
Can I change my plan?add
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
How do I cancel my subscription?add
You can cancel anytime by contacting us through the contact form or by messaging Slippy on WhatsApp. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?add
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure PayFast payment processor. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?add
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256) for all stored data and TLS for data in transit. Your receipt images and extracted data are stored in secure AWS infrastructure with regular backups.
Who can see my receipts?add
Only you have access to your receipts and expense data. Our AI processes receipts automatically without human review. We never share, sell, or use your data for advertising purposes.
Can I delete my data?add
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us through the contact form and we'll process your request within 72 hours, in compliance with POPIA requirements.
Are you POPIA compliant?add

What are your support hours?add

What if the AI makes a mistake?add
If Slippy misreads a receipt, you can correct the information by messaging back on WhatsApp. Simply reply to the confirmation message with the correct details. Our AI learns from corrections to improve future accuracy.
